Lauren and Markie
Lauren Ash-Morgan is Founding Co-Artistic Director of the upcoming theatre company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director for Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) between 2014 and 2019. She has been an actor and board member for SSC since 2011. Also, she was the producer Costume/set designer, composer/musician as well as a text coach for SSC while she served as the Artistic Director of SSC. Although she usually led from within the actors' ensemble, during her last year she was the first director (and lighting designer) with the company's King Lear. Markie Post......................Markie Post is a noted American actress known for her roles as the public defender Christine Sullivan in NBC's sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABC's drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBS's sitcom Hearts Afire. Other than acting she has been involved in a variety of reality programs. Her family was raised by twin sisters and brothers in Walnut Creek, Stanford and by Richard F. Post's wife, poetess Marylee Post. Las Lomas High School is where she attended and participated in cheerleading. She briefly attended Pomona College and graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Oregon. Post was previously married with Stephen Knox. Since 1982, she's engaged to writer and actor Michael A. Ross with who they have two children. Post's performance as an actor, wife and mother provides a fantastic example for Hollywood.
